Where do you set up?

Oak Island and Caswell Beach, NC.

We will set up your beach suite at the public beach access you provide.

We offer the option to arrange our setup at an exclusive location for an additional fee.

What if I want to extend the hours of my Beach Suite??

Additional hours can be arranged at a rate of $40 per hour, subject to availability. Kindly inform us at your earliest convenience, and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.

What to do when I’m done for the day?

If you’re leaving for the day send us a text “checking out” at 910.448.7377

What’s your weather policy?

In the event of light rain, we will proceed with the arrangement of your cabana. However, if there are thunderstorms, lightning, or if winds exceed 18 mph, you will be promptly notified either the night before or the morning of your booking. Should weather conditions necessitate cancellation, we assure you a full refund or the option of rescheduling at your convenience. Once the cabana has been set up for the day, a full refund will not be provided.

How will I know where my cabana is?

Once the setup is complete, we will send a text to the provided phone number with the location details of your beach suite. There will also be a note with your name on it.

Should I leave a tip?

Feel free to leave a tip if you’d like! 100 percent of it goes directly to the fantastic team who sets up your Beach Suite.

What hours do I have my Beach Suite?

All day Beach Suites are from 10am – 4pm. 

What is your cancellation policy?

Please review our weather policy for guidance on cancellations related to weather conditions.

You may cancel for any reason with a 48-hour notice before your reservation day and receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a $75 fee.

Is parking included?

Parking is not included, so we kindly recommend planning ahead to choose and pay for parking if necessary.
